Duration: 40 minutes per class
Setup: 3am
Location: Hyatt Regency Polanco Hotel Helipad
Capacity: 40 people per class
Refreshments: Fresh juices, water, and energy bars will be provided
Attire: Warm athletic wear

HELIPAD SAFETY:

Approaching the edge of the helipad is strictly prohibited
In case of Force Majeure, if weather conditions are not optimal, the event may be canceled (rain, storm, etc...)
MODELO is not liable for injuries upon entering the helipad area.

PRIVACY NOTICE & USE OF IMAGE:

Event: The event will consist of two cycling classes, as described in the general information. The event is organized by SPIN VENTURES, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and sponsored by CERVECERÍA MODELO DE MÉXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. with the trademark MICHELOB ULTRA.
Responsible Party: CERVECERÍA MODELO DE MÉXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., its affiliates, subsidiaries, controlling and related companies (“MODELO”), is the legal entity responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Address: Cerrada Palomas # 22, piso 6, colonia Reforma Social, Miguel Hidalgo, Z.C. 11650, Mexico City, Mexico. MODELO may collect your personal data, such as: name, email, phone, address, birth date and images taken during the event. We will not collect sensitive personal data from you, unless it is strictly required in order to fulfill the purposes of this privacy notice.
The personal data you provide to us will be processed by MODELOMODELO will collect and process personal identification data (including your image), employment-related personal data, and contact information for the purposes stated in this Notice. Additionally, please be aware that if you attend any of our events, you may be photographed and/or video-recorded. By attending any event organized by MODELO and/or its sponsor brands, you consent to MODELO using your image in one or more photographs and/or videos and/or other supporting materials that it deems relevant for the purposes detailed below. These purposes include identifying and registering you as an event attendee; contacting you to inform you about event news and other events; presenting you with acknowledgments as a participant in the event; and addressing and following up on your complaints, questions, and/or comments. MODELO reserves the right to share any photo or video content exclusively for use on digital platforms.
In case you want to oppose the processing of your personal data for secondary or advertisement purposes, please send an email to datos.legal@ab-inbev.com or contact us in the address stated above, indicating your opposition to the processing of your personal data for secondary purposes.
You have the right to access your personal data in possession of MODELO, as well as the details and characteristics of their processing, to correct them in case of inaccuracy and to cancel them if you consider they are not necessary for the purposes stated herein. You can also cancel the processing of your personal data if it is not used for the consented purposes. (ARCO Rights).
In order to exercise your ARCO rights, you must send a petition to our Personal Data department in the address indicated in this privacy notice or to the email datos.legal@ab-inbev.com. Your petition must contain the following information:

(i) Name and address or any other communication method in order to contact you.
(ii) The document proving your identity.
(iii) The description of the personal data that you wish to protect with your ARCO rights.
(iv) Any other document that may facilitate the localization of your personal data.

Before exercising your ARCO rights, we advise you to contact our Personal Data Department, who will be able to provide you any information or documentation that you require.
You may revoke your consent for the processing of personal data at any time. If you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us at datos.legal@ab-inbev.com and we will provide.
MODELO will not transfer the personal data that you provide unless it is strictly required to comply with the purposes of the event. MODELO may transfer the personal data you provide to SPIN VENTURES, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (SICLO), which is the entity organizing the event and shall acquire the same obligations as MODELO, described in this privacy notice.
To protect your personal data, we have implemented security measures in order to avoid their loss, misuse and/or alteration.
Any complaint or additional information with regards to your personal data or related with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares y su Reglamento (“Mexican Personal Data Law”), you may also contact the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (“INAI”). WAIVER - SPIN VENTURES, S.A.P.I. de C.V.

By registering with Síclo and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs, as well as by using the facilities and equipment ("Classes" and/or "Facilities") of SPIN VENTURES, S.A.P.I. de C.V., I hereby acknowledge that there are certain risks and inherent dangers associated with the use and practice of any physical exercise, specifically in this case, strength, cardio, and flexibility training.
I understand the nature of the classes offered by Síclo, as well as the recommended physical capabilities and experiences required. I affirm that I am suitable to participate in the "Classes" and/or "Facilities". In consideration of the above, I expressly state that I do not have a history of illnesses or injuries, and I am not currently using any substances, medications, drugs, or alcohol that could limit my abilities or adversely affect my performance and/or health during or after physical exercise.
I also acknowledge that specific risks vary from one activity to another, which could include (a) minor injuries such as: (1) scratches; and (2) bumps and bruises; (b) major injuries such as (1) joint or back injuries; (2) heart attacks; and (3) bruises; and (c) serious injuries, including paralysis, and death; collectively referred to as "The Risks". I expressly recognize and accept that these risks cannot be eliminated by Síclo. The Risks may arise from my own actions, inaction, or participation before, during, or after any of the classes offered at Síclo's facilities, as well as from the actions, inaction, or participation of other attendees in Síclo's Classes and/or Facilities.
There may be other risks not known to Síclo, or those that are not yet foreseeable, or those that are foreseeable and within my knowledge, I acknowledge and assume them, or those that arise from unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. The economic losses and/or direct or indirect damages resulting from these risks can be severe and permanently alter my future.
By reserving and/or taking a class at Síclo, you: (1) take full responsibility for your health condition as well as any and all physical injuries, damages, or any illnesses (viral or bacterial) that you may suffer or acquire while taking any in-person Classes, online Classes (Síclo Plus), or while using the facilities and/or products of Síclo (BiSí); (2) release Síclo, its affiliated and/or subsidiary entities, and each of their respective legal representatives, directors, managers, staff members, employees, agents including third-party service providers, and all other applicable parties from any claims for damages, liability in other matters including criminal matters, arbitration proceedings, among others, costs, expenses, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for taking in-person Classes, using Síclo's facilities, and taking any of the Siclo Plus classes regardless of discipline (Barre, Yo, Bala, or Indoor Cycling); and (3) acknowledge and declare that neither you nor any third party taking a Siclo class under a reservation in your name or using a Síclo product (BiSí) (a) have any medical or physical condition that would prevent you from properly using any of the Classes (in-person or Siclo Plus) and/or Síclo's facilities, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you and other participants in physical or medical danger in the facilities of Síclo, and (c) have not been instructed or advised by a physician not to engage in physical exercise. You acknowledge that if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, have any disabilities, or chronic conditions, or a family medical history of any diseases such as (diabetes, hypertension, any type of cancer, heart diseases, among others), you are at risk when taking Síclo Classes and Siclo Plus classes and should not participate.
I have read and fully understood the internal regulations of Síclo, which are published on the website www.siclo.com, and which were provided to me in physical form by Síclo personnel. I commit to arriving before the class begins, as I have a tolerance of 1 song to enter. I commit to complying with all the terms and conditions set out in these documents, as well as the instructions that Síclo personnel may provide from time to time during the development of the Classes, or, if applicable, with the instructions that Síclo provides at the establishment where the Classes are held.
Likewise, I declare that I am familiar with the activities and exercises that I will perform in any of the Síclo classes, so in the event that Síclo personnel consider any of these activities to be unsafe or represent a risk, Síclo personnel may deny me access to the class without any liability to Síclo, and the class may be rescheduled for another date. I also acknowledge that Síclo personnel are properly trained to make such judgments, so I understand and accept that such judgments will always be made for my benefit and in the interest of my health.
In the event that I do not consider the instructions given by Síclo personnel, I expressly assume the consequences that could arise from my omission of Síclo's instructions, releasing Síclo and its subsidiaries, and each of its partners, shareholders, advisors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, as well as each of their respective successors and assignees, from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities.
In connection with the above, in the event that Síclo allows me to take the Classes, (i) I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that I may suffer (including death) during or as a result of the Classes, (ii) I release Síclo and its subsidiaries, and each of their partners, shareholders, advisors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, as well as each of their respective successors and assignees, from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, and (iii) I declare that as of the date of this agreement (a) I do not have any medical condition or physical impairment that prevents me from taking the classes or using the equipment used in the Classes; (b) I do not have a physical or mental condition that poses a medical or physical danger; and (c) I do not have medical instructions that limit or restrict me from engaging in any type of physical activity.
I acknowledge that if I have any disabilities or chronic illnesses, I am at risk when using the facilities and attending the Classes, and I should not participate in any Classes.
I have read this declaration of assumption of risk, waiver, and release of liability, and I absolve Síclo and its subsidiaries, and each of their partners, shareholders, advisors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from all liability, committing myself to hold Síclo and its subsidiaries harmless, and each of their partners, shareholders, advisors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, regarding any civil or criminal action derived from any contingency, accident, damage, or any type of injury, illness, fractures, partial or permanent disability, and/or death that I may suffer from using the Facilities of Síclo and/or attending Síclo Classes. I acknowledge that I am signing this voluntarily and freely.
